This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how The Iron Needle ("we," "us," and/or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information from individuals ("you" and/or "your") who access and use our online community or mobile or other downloadable applications (collectively, the "Community"). Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of the Community is also subject to our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases (for example if we plan to use your information in a way that materially differs from this Privacy Policy), we will provide you with additional notice (such as sending you a notification).
We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Community or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.
Personal Information We Collect
Personal Information You Provide to Us.
Registration and Profile Information. When you open an account with us through the Community ("Account"), we may ask you to provide us with identifiers and contact information such as your name, email address, and any other information you may provide.
Communications. We may also collect identifiers, such as your name, email address, and other information you choose to provide, when you participate in any interactive features of the Community (like send us a message through the Community), fill out a form, publish statements on our platform, participate in a contest or promotion, communicate with us via third-party social media sites, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.
Messages Between Members. When you communicate with other members through the Community, we and our third-party partners receive the content of the messages you send and receive and information about those messages, such as when it was sent or received.
Content. We may collect other content and information you share through the Community when you submit information or content, such as by commenting on a blog or participating in online communities, or when you otherwise interact with the Community.
Payment Information. If you make a purchase through the Community, your payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial information, is collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf.
Personal Information That May Be Collected Automatically Through the Community.
When you access or use the Community or transact business with us, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect information you provide to us, information about how you access and use the Community and information about the device you use to access the Community, including:
Device Identifiers. Identifiers, such as your IP address, internet service provider, the type of mobile device you use, the temporary or persistent unique device identifiers (sometimes called UDID), and identifiers associated with browser cookies, web beacons and similar technologies we deploy on the Community.
Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information. We and our third-party partners may collect information about the devices and computers you use to access our Community, such as browser type, language, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, and hyperlinks clicked. When you use our Community, we may collect usage information sent to us by your computer, mobile, or other access device that tells us how you are using the Community and other information about your internet activity ("Usage Information"), including the pages you visit, the links you click, the ads you view and click on, videos you watch, purchase information and your checkout process, your location when you access or interact with our Community, and other similar actions. We may also use third-party tools to collect Usage Information you provide to us or information about how you use the Community and may record your mouse movements, scrolling, clicks and keystroke activity and other browsing, search or purchasing behavior. These tools may also record Usage Information you enter when you interact with the Community or engage in chat features through the Community.
Geolocation Information. We may derive the approximate location of your device from your IP address. We may combine this information with other location-based information, such as your billing or postal code. You have the ability to stop the collection of precise location information at any time (see "Your Choices" below for details).
Information From Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and our third-party partners collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. Our third-party partners, such as analytics and advertising partners, may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different services. Cookies are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Community.
Please review your web browser's "Help" file to learn how you may modify your cookie settings. Please note that if you delete or choose not to accept cookies from the Community, you may not be able to utilize the features of the Community to their fullest potential.
Personal Information Collected from Third Parties.
Information from Third-Party Sources. When you interact with our members in the Community, we may collect from them any content or information you choose to share or provide. We may also obtain information about you from other sources, including but not limited to social media platforms, marketing partners, and other third parties. For example, if you connect your social media account to your Account or create or log into your Account through a social media site, certain information from your social media account will be shared with us, which may include information that is part of your profile or your friends' profiles.
Personal Information Usage
We use the information we collect about you to:
- provide, maintain, and improve the Community and to enhance and personalize your experience;
- process, complete, and maintain records on transactions;
- send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
- respond to your comments, questions, and requests, and to provide customer service;
- communicate with you about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards, and events offered by The Iron Needle and others, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you;
- monitor and analyze trends, usage, effectiveness and activities in connection with the Community, including our offers, advertising, communications features, and customer service;
- detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities and protect the rights and property of The Iron Needle;
- facilitate contests, sweepstakes and promotions and process and deliver entries and rewards;
- link or combine with information we get from the Community and from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better service;
- maintain appropriate records for internal administrative purposes; and
- carry out any other purpose described to you at the time the information was collected or permitted by law.
Personal Information Disclosure
With Partners and Affiliates. We may disclose any information we receive to our partners, corporate affiliates, parents, or subsidiaries for any purpose described in this Privacy Policy.
With Circle. The Community is powered by a technology platform provided by CircleCo, Inc. ("Circle"). We may disclose your information to Circle in connection with the provision of the Community.
With Service Providers and Vendors. We may disclose your information to other vendors, consultants, and service providers retained in connection with the provision of the Community.
With Other Members of the Community. If you provide or share information with other members of the Community, they may use it for their own purposes. If you post information or content, such as by posting photos, commenting on a blog, or participating in the Community, or when you interact with the Community through social media sites, plug-ins or other applications, depending upon your privacy settings, this information may become public on the internet. We cannot prevent further use of this information. You can control what data you share through privacy settings available on some social media sites. Please refer to those third-party sites' privacy policies and terms of use to learn more about their privacy practices, which we do not control.
With Analytics Partners. We may use analytics services to collect and process certain analytics data. These services may also collect information about your use of other websites, apps, and online resources.
With Legal and Law Enforcement. We may share information collected about you with law enforcement, governmental agencies, or authorized third parties, in response to a verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other Community member to legal liability or if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
With Emergency Response Services. In rare circumstances, if we reasonably believe that another member may be at imminent risk of serious physical harm or self-harm, we may access or disclose limited personal information to appropriate emergency response services. We will limit such disclosures to the minimum amount of personal information necessary and use this information solely to protect life or physical safety.
With AI providers or Large Language Models (LLMs). We may use certain AI-powered features to help us operate this community. These features are provided through Circle and operate on models built by trusted third-party providers such as OpenAI or AWS. These providers have been chosen by Circle for product fit and strong security and privacy oversight. We may process your personal data to generate responses and enhance your experience. However, we will never use your personal data to train, fine-tune, or improve any external AI models. All data processed by AI models is handled securely and no information is stored, retained, or logged by the AI model provider.
With your Consent. Where applicable, we may share your information with your consent or at your specific direction.
In Connection with a Change of Control. We may transfer or disclose your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.
Children's Privacy
The Community is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. No one under the age of 16 is authorized to provide any personal information through the Community. We do not knowingly collect personal information from the Community from members in this age group. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 16, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us at the email address below.
Social Sharing Features
The Community may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools, which let you share actions you take on the Community with other media, and vice versa. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in connection with social sharing features, please visit the privacy policies of the entities that provide these features.
Third-Parties
The Community may contain links to other websites, including our affiliated or co-branded websites and communities. Other websites and communities may also reference or link to the Community. These other websites and communities may not be controlled by us. We encourage our members to read the privacy policies of every website, community, or mobile application that collects personal information. We do not endorse, screen or approve, and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of other websites, communities, or mobile applications. Visiting these other websites is at your own risk.
Security
We make reasonable efforts to protect your information by using security measures designed to safeguard the information we maintain. However, because no electronic transmission or storage of information can be entirely secure, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information.
Transfer of Information to the U.S. from Other Countries
The Community is hosted in the United States and intended for visitors located within the U.S. If you choose to use the Community from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the U.S. for storage and processing. We may also transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Community. By providing any information, including personal information, on or to the Community, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.
Your Choices
Account Information. You may update and correct certain Account information you provide to us at any time by logging into your Account. If you wish to delete or deactivate your Account, you may email us at ironneedle@drsubbio.com but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Location Information. If you initially consent to our collection of this location information through the Community, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time through your device's operating system settings. If you do so, certain features may no longer function properly.
Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.
Mobile Push Notifications/Alerts. With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.
Do Not Track. There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.

SUPPLEMENTAL PRIVACY POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE IRON NEEDLE COMMUNITY
Effective Date: March 20, 2026
These Supplemental Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions ("Supplemental Privacy Terms") are in addition to, and form a part of, the Privacy Policy for Iron Needle, LLC last updated January 30, 2026 (the "Privacy Policy"). In the event of any conflict between these Supplemental Privacy Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Supplemental Privacy Terms shall control. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Privacy Policy or, where applicable, the Terms of Service for The Iron Needle Community (the "Terms") and the Supplemental Terms and Conditions for The Iron Needle Community (the "Supplemental Terms"). By accessing or using the Community, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Supplemental Privacy Terms.
SP-1. Eligibility; Age Requirement; Professional Status.
SP-1.1. Age Requirement. The Community is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. No person under the age of 18 is authorized to create an account, access the Community, or provide any personal information through the Community. By creating an account or accessing the Community, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If we learn or have reason to believe that a user is under 18 years of age, we will promptly take steps to terminate that user's account and delete any personal information collected from such individual.
SP-1.2. Professional Status. The Community is intended exclusively for licensed medical professionals. By creating an account or accessing the Community, you represent and warrant that you are a duly licensed medical professional in good standing under the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which you practice. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying your professional credentials, including but not limited to your National Provider Identifier ("NPI") number, state medical license number, board certification credentials, or equivalent professional licensure documentation for international users. Personal information collected in connection with credential verification will be used solely for the purpose of verifying your eligibility to participate in the Community and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and these Supplemental Privacy Terms.
SP-2. Categories of Personal Information Collected.
SP-2.1. Information We Collect. In addition to the categories of personal information described in the Privacy Policy, we may collect and store the following categories of personal information in connection with your use of the Community:
(a) Registration and Contact Information: Your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and social media handle(s) (if applicable).
(b) Professional Credentials: Your NPI number, state medical license number, board certification status, specialty designation, and other professional credential information, if and when provided or requested pursuant to Section SP-1.2 above.
(c) Account Information: Username, password, profile information, and any other information you voluntarily provide in connection with your account.
(d) User Content: Any content, messages, comments, case discussions, images, or other materials you Post to or share through the Community.
(e) Communications Data: Records of your communications with us and with other members through the Community, including messages, support requests, and feedback.
SP-2.2. Information We Do Not Store. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers, bank account information, or other financial payment information. All payment processing for membership fees and other transactions is handled exclusively through a third-party payment processor ("Processor"). The Processor is currently Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), although we reserve the right to change this. When you make a payment through the Community, your payment-related information, including credit card or debit card details, is collected and processed directly by the Processor and is subject to the Processor's privacy policy and terms of service. We may receive from the Processor limited transactional information, such as confirmation of payment, transaction amounts, and the last four digits of your payment card, but we do not have access to or store your full payment card details. We encourage you to review Stripe's privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy, to understand how Stripe collects, uses, and protects your payment information.
SP-3. Use of Personal Information.
SP-3.1. In addition to the uses described in the Privacy Policy, we may use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
(a) To verify your status as a licensed medical professional and your eligibility to participate in the Community.
(b) To administer your membership, including processing enrollment, managing the minimum commitment period, processing cancellation requests, and facilitating re-enrollment.
(c) To enforce the Terms, the Supplemental Terms, and these Supplemental Privacy Terms, including investigating and addressing potential violations of Community policies.
(d) To communicate with you regarding your account, membership status, credential verification requests, policy changes, and Community-related matters.
(e) To protect the safety, integrity, and security of the Community and its members.
(f) To comply with applicable legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
SP-4. Disclosure of Personal Information.
SP-4.1. Third-Party Payment Processing. As described in Section SP-2.2, we presently use Stripe as our Processor. In connection with payment processing, certain information necessary to complete your transaction (such as your name, billing address, and payment card information) is transmitted directly to the Processor. We do not control Stripe's (or any other Processor’s) use of your information and are not responsible for Stripe's (or any other Processor’s) privacy practices.
SP-4.2. Disclosure to Other Members. Information you share through the Community, including User Content, messages, comments, and case discussions, may be visible to other members of the Community. You should assume that any information shared within the Community may be viewed, copied, or further disseminated by other members. We are not responsible for the actions of other members with respect to your personal information or User Content.
SP-4.3. Professional Credentials. We will not publicly disclose your NPI number, license number, or other specific credential information to other members or third parties without your consent, except as may be required by law or as necessary to enforce our policies. However, your general status as a verified medical professional may be indicated on your Community profile.
SP-4.4. Other Disclosures. We may also disclose your personal information to our partners, corporate affiliates, parents, or subsidiaries, to Circle (as defined in the Privacy Policy), to service providers and vendors, to analytics partners, and in connection with legal proceedings or law enforcement requests, all as further described in the Privacy Policy.
SP-5. Users in All 50 States and International Users.
SP-5.1. Geographic Scope. The Community is hosted in the United States and is available to licensed medical professionals located throughout all 50 states of the United States, as well as the District of Columbia and U.S. territories. We recognize that users of the Community may also be located in jurisdictions outside the United States.
SP-5.2. International Users. If you access or use the Community from a location outside the United States, please be aware that your personal information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection and privacy laws of the United States may differ from, and may not provide the same level of protection as, the laws of your country of residence. By accessing or using the Community, you expressly consent to the transfer of your personal information to the United States and the processing of your personal information in the United States in accordance with the Privacy Policy and these Supplemental Privacy Terms.
SP-5.3. Compliance with Local Laws. If you are located outside the United States, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Community and your provision of personal information complies with any applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), the UK General Data Protection Regulation, and any other applicable data protection or privacy legislation. We will make reasonable efforts to comply with applicable data protection laws; however, we make no representation that the Community or our data handling practices satisfy the requirements of any particular non-U.S. jurisdiction.
SP-5.4. State-Specific Privacy Rights. Certain U.S. states, including but not limited to California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah, have enacted consumer privacy legislation that may afford residents of those states additional rights with respect to their personal information. To the extent required by applicable state law, we will honor valid requests from residents of those states to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal information, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, as further described in Section SP-6 below.
SP-6. "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"; Cookie Management.
SP-6.1. Our Commitment. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We do not share your personal information with third parties for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), or similar state privacy laws.
SP-6.2. Right to Opt Out. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that any disclosure of your personal information by us could be construed as a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA or any other applicable state privacy law, you have the right to opt out of such sale or sharing. You may exercise this right by:
(a) Submitting a request via email to Lauren@drsubbio.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"; or
(b) Using any "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link or mechanism that may be made available on the Community.
Upon receipt of a verified opt-out request, we will cease any sale or sharing of your personal information within the timeframe required by applicable law and will not ask you to reauthorize the sale or sharing of your personal information for at least 12 months.
SP-6.3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies. As described in the Privacy Policy, we and our third-party partners use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Community. Cookies are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters stored on your device that help us operate, analyze, and improve the Community. We may use the following categories of cookies:
(a) Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for the operation of the Community and cannot be disabled. They enable core functionality such as account authentication, security, and access to member-only areas.
(b) Performance and Analytics Cookies: These cookies collect information about how you use the Community, including which pages you visit and how you interact with features. This information is used to improve the Community's performance and user experience.
(c) Functional Cookies: These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering your preferences and settings.
(d) Advertising and Targeting Cookies: If applicable, these cookies may be used to deliver relevant content or advertisements and to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
SP-6.4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences. You may manage your cookie preferences at any time by:
(a) Adjusting your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Please review your web browser's "Help" file to learn how you may modify your cookie settings.
(b) Using any cookie preference or consent management tool that may be made available on the Community.
(c) Opting out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) at www.aboutads.info/choices or the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) at www.networkadvertising.org/choices.
Please note that if you delete or choose not to accept cookies from the Community, you may not be able to utilize the features of the Community to their fullest potential.
SP-6.5. Do Not Track Signals. As noted in the Privacy Policy, there is no accepted standard on how to respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, and we do not currently respond to such signals. However, you may exercise your rights with respect to the sale or sharing of personal information and cookie management as described in this Section SP-6.
SP-7. Publicly Available Information; No Expectation of Confidentiality.
SP-7.1. Information Shared in the Community. All information shared within the Community, including but not limited to User Content, messages, comments, case discussions, and other communications, should be assumed to be available to the public. Other members of the Community may view, copy, and further disseminate information you share, and we cannot prevent the further use or distribution of such information once it has been shared within the Community.
SP-7.2. Exercise Caution. You should not share through the Community any information that you do not wish to be publicly accessible. This includes, without limitation, your home or office address, personal telephone number, personal email address, social media handles, financial information, or any other sensitive personal data. You are solely responsible for the information you choose to share through the Community, and we shall have no liability for any consequences arising from your voluntary disclosure of personal information within the Community.
SP-7.3. Patient Information. Under no circumstances should you share any protected health information ("PHI") as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended ("HIPAA"), or any information that could reasonably be used to identify a patient, through the Community. All case discussions must be conducted on a fully de-identified, patient-anonymous basis. You are solely responsible for ensuring adequate de-identification of all case-related information you share.
SP-8. Data Retention.
SP-8.1. Retention Period. We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the Community and related services. Following termination or cancellation of your account, we may retain your personal information for a reasonable period as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business purposes.
SP-8.2. Deletion Requests. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at Lauren@drsubbio.com. Please note that certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes even after your account is deleted. We will respond to deletion requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
SP-9. Your Rights Regarding Personal Information.
SP-9.1. Access and Correction. You may update and correct certain account information at any time by logging into your account. You may also contact us at Lauren@drsubbio.com to request access to, or correction of, personal information we maintain about you.
SP-9.2. Additional Rights. Depending on your jurisdiction of residence, you may have additional rights with respect to your personal information, including:
(a) The right to request deletion of your personal information.
(b) The right to request that we restrict or limit the processing of your personal information.
(c) The right to data portability (i.e., the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format).
(d) The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, as described in Section SP-6.
(e) The right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal information, where consent is the legal basis for processing.
(f) The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction of residence.
SP-9.3. Exercising Your Rights. To exercise any of the foregoing rights, please contact us at Lauren@drsubbio.com. We may require you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
SP-9.4. Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. We will not deny you access to the Community, charge you different prices or rates, or provide you with a different level of service solely because you have exercised a privacy right.
SP-10. Security of Personal Information.
SP-10.1. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect and maintain. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
SP-10.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You should notify us immediately at Lauren@drsubbio.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
SP-11. Changes to the Privacy Policy and These Supplemental Privacy Terms.
SP-11.1. Right to Amend. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the Privacy Policy and these Supplemental Privacy Terms at any time and for any reason. Changes will be effective upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy or Supplemental Privacy Terms, as applicable, unless otherwise specified. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the applicable document to reflect the date of the most recent changes.
SP-11.2. Notice of Material Changes. If we make changes that materially affect your privacy rights, we will provide you with notice by prominent posting on the Community, by email, or by other means as we deem appropriate under the circumstances. Your continued use of the Community following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of such revisions.
SP-11.3. Review. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy and these Supplemental Privacy Terms periodically to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.
SP-12. Governing Law.
SP-12.1. These Supplemental Privacy Terms, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Supplemental Privacy Terms or the Privacy Policy, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and Iron Needle, LLC submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for resolution of any lawsuit or court proceeding permitted hereunder.
SP-13. Miscellaneous.
SP-13.1. Severability. If any provision of these Supplemental Privacy Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
